About Us

Dr. Julie Lustig is the Founder and Director of the CBT Tools For Life Center.  She is a Licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of experience.  She obtained her masters and doctorate in the Arizona State University Department of Clinical Psychology, conducting research and clinical interventions with children and youth, completed her clinical internship at the Children’s National Hospital, in Washington, D.C.,and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in public health focused on youth mental health services at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.  She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Stanford University, School of Medicine, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Child Development, and has trained, worked, taught, published, and supervised at numerous acclaimed universities and medical schools throughout the U.S.  As an experienced psychologist, public health advocate and a mother of young adults, Dr. Lustig is passionate about addressing the mental health challenges of children, teens and young adults through providing evidence-based tools directly to children and youth, educating and training the adults and professionals who support them, and expanding access to tools and resources.  For more information about Dr. Lustig, please go to www.lustigphd.com.
